The engineering school of Haute École en Hainaut is located in Mons and offers higher studies in industrial engineering in 4 course choices:

• Building: Energy and Environment option
• Building: Engineering and Buildings option
• Building: Management option
   
• Surveyor
   
• Computer Science: Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
• Computer Science: Automation and Embedded Systems
• Computer Science: Management
   
• Life Data Technologies

The studies of industrial engineering are spread over 5 years: 3 years of Bachelor and 2 years of Master.

1. The first Bachelor is the same for all course choices. It is a preparatory year aiming at updating knowledge in basic sciences (physics, chemistry, mathematics) and a year of introduction to analytical approaches.
2. In year two, a first choice has to be made among 3 courses: Building, Computer Science and Life Data Technologies.
3. In year three, we start studying the bases of the chosen specialised course. A six-week observation internship is organised in order to get students familiar with a professional environment.
4. In first year of Master, the student makes a choice among several options.
5. The training concludes in Master 2 with a longer internship and a end-of-study work.
