Missions

The Quality Commission is an internal advisory body of HEH aiming at improving research about quality and providing a framework for it within the university college.

In pursuing its objectives, the Quality Commission promotes an integrated "quality culture", namely mobilising and raising awareness among stakeholders involved in the quality of teaching and services for students. Both people working in the field and the institution's authorities are at their highest level of involvement.

The Quality Commission defines and sets up measures to improve quality of services and trainings. For this purpose, it manages procedures for information collection (satisfaction surveys, statistics, interviews,...) and implements monitoring indicators.

It translates into understandable terms the requirements of the agency for the evaluation of quality within higher education ("Agence pour l'Évaluation de la Qualité de l'Enseignement Supérieur - AEQES" in French) for all stakeholders of the institution.

It helps each category to implement the evaluation and management of quality and assists the relevant stakeholders in their training and projects. 

It collects, centralises information and literature about quality and redistributes them when required.

The Commission develops practices of organisational analysis with the help of reference documents.

It supports the actions of teams from each category in order to improve quality.
