B.2 Assistance for Academic Success' Commission

Missions
The Assistance for Academic Success' Commission is an internal body of HEH whose main mission is to implement elements regarding assistance and promotion of academic success as stated in the Decree of 8 July 2008 as well as in chapter XI of the Decree of 7 November 2013.
Without being exhaustive, its missions are mainly:
- Implementing the educational aspect of the assistance for academic success;
- Offering students an attentive listening and permanent help when it comes to managing their learning;
- Encouraging academic success by improving proficiency in French, the language of instruction;
- Making the integration of new students easier.
Regarding the staff's continuing education, missions are mainly:
- Providing a full picture of the current situation concerning continuing education within each department of HEH;
- Analysing the needs of staff members and providing for a budget to organise trainings given by external participants;
- Offering our staff members continuous trainings that will enable them to provide quality teaching while using the most relevant technological resources
