Administrative file for staff mobility
HEH / International / Staff / Administrative file
The Erasmus+ programme allows teaching and administrative staff to carry out a mission abroad. The teaching staff may combine teaching activities with training/observation activities.
Existing types of mobilities
- Mobility for teaching
Erasmus+ STA mobility (teaching staff)
This activity allows the teaching staff of higher education institutions to teach within a partner institution abroad. This mobility for teaching may be carried out in any kind of academic field.
- Mobility for training and/or observation
Erasmus+ STT mobility (administrative and teaching staff)
This activity encourages the personal development of teaching and non-teaching staffs of higher education institutions as well as the development of participating institutions. This mobility for training/observation may include training events abroad (except conferences) and observation periods in a professional context within a partner institution or other relevant organisations abroad.
- Combined mobility for teaching and observation/training
Combined Erasmus+ STA-STT mobility (teaching staff)
- Mobility for teaching as an Invited Expert
Erasmus+ STA mobility - Invited Expert
Foreign expert whose mission within HEH will be covered by HEH through the Erasmus+ programme.

All documents are available on the MyHEH.
You can also get them via Mrs Laurence Baras, Coordinator of the International Relations Commission and Ms Héloïse Toussaint, International Relations Assistant. They will assist you in your administrative steps.
All administrative documents are checked and sent to Mrs Laurence Baras and Ms Héloïse Toussaint.
